The markup for the report-a-problem form was changed in #441 but the confirmation and error javascript code wasn't. This means that those elements are misaligned and this change fixes that problem.
The support page was renamed a while ago to the contact page.

Recent change in `static` ([1](alphagov/static#441), [2](alphagov/static#445)) changed how the `report-a-problem` mark-up and JS code work, which meant that some specs in this app broke. This change fixes those specs.
